Total Solution Provider Award

  ITOPA designed the award winning mobile solution for Enbridge Home Services, a consumer heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) repair and maintenance company. Enbridge with it's fleet of over 250 trucks had a paper-based fleet parts replenishment system. This resulted in reporting errors, parts replenishment delays and service fleet recalls.

  Previously, ITOPA had designed a radio frequency based warehouse management system for Enbridge's distribution center. To solve their current issue ITOPA designed a label system for vehicle stocking parts that integrated scanners with onboard vehicle systems. Data from this field service solution was also integrated with the existing warehouse management system.

  Some notable benefits Enbridge realized from ITOPA's solution include:
    - Over 99% of all consumed parts replenished on vehicles daily
    - Over 87% of service calls are completed on the first visit
    - Over 10% increase in the number of service calls achieved per day
